No code with voice

The vision of the no code movement is beautiful. To empower everyone, that isn't a coder to be able to do the same thing a coder can do.

Whats interesting though, is that every no-code solution still brings with it a learning curve , and in some cases its still rather steep. I don't know how many of you have tried to build something on Bubble and then tried to do the same in code, but honestly, it still takes hours of dedication.

Perhaps we can do something even more radically different by empowering a whole new sense. Instead of typing, learning new logics, dragging and dropping, what about if we made a no -code solution using voice?

I'm sure you have all seen that scene in the apprentice where the contestants are designing a product and through the power of words (and a capable designer) they are able to whip out a prototype with commands like "put that text into the center", make it bold.

I am asking if we could create an intelligence that would do the commands just like that designer, so that like those contestants we can all design beautiful products with out voice!

Here is what this could look like!

In terms of how to do this:

  1. I would then use something like google voice to write down the audio commands you give to make a website, these are immediately translated into written text
  2. Every command, e.g. clicking H1 is ultimately logged on the back end like a piece of code, so all we need to do is translate the written command to 1 of these codes (I hear this is something GP-3 can do).
  3. The commands are executed. So its effectively like you would be doing it by hand, but the input, your voice just needs to be translated to these commands.
  4. By looking at the logs of peoples websites, we can further understand which commands are the most oft used to narrow down which ones we want to translate.
